How it works?
HappyApp delivers powerful "brainwave entrainment" or "brainwave synchronization" sound effect that alters your brainwaves. Audio signals of different frequencies are delivered to each ear separately. The two hemispheres of the brain function together to " hear " not the external sound signal but the phantom third signal which is the difference in frequency between the two actual sound frequencies. This beat frequency is not an actual sound, but an electrical signal that can be created only by both hemispheres of the brain working together simultaneously.
